We collect limited information when you use ClipSnap. This includes images and text you upload for video generation, as well as basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data collected through Google Analytics.
2. How We Use Your Data
Uploaded images and scripts are used solely to generate your requested videos. Files are processed temporarily and automatically deleted after processing. We do not permanently store user uploads and we do not sell personal data. Usage data is used only for analytics, performance monitoring, and security.
3. Data Retention & Security
Images and generated content are stored temporarily for processing and are automatically deleted shortly after completion. We implement reasonable security measures to protect data during transmission and processing.
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers including hosting services, AI processing services, and Google Analytics. These providers may process technical data according to their own privacy policies.

California residents may request information about collected personal data or request deletion where applicable under the CCPA.
